I believe wholeheartedly in the power of somatic healing to get into the body to retrieve the answers that live within. In my own life implementing this work has healed years of chronic pelvic pain, allowed me to reach new depths of intimacy in my long term relationship, reestablished my relationship to my menstrual cycle after a decade on hormonal birth control, and rewired crippling limiting beliefs allowing me to break free of staying small and move into the reality of living the life of my dreams.
